Sarah Maynard, ASIP

Sarah Maynard, ASIP, is global head, external inclusion & diversity strategies and programs, at CFA Institute. She leads a global, industry-recognized external I&D program portfolio for the key stakeholders of CFA Institute: candidates, members, local societies, and institutions. Ms. Maynard is an experienced investment professional who previously served as client communications director and head of stewardship at Majedie Asset Management, an independent global investment firm based in the United Kingdom. In this role, she focused on environmental, social, and governance issues, with a keen interest in how companies can achieve success through improving inclusion in stewardship. Ms. Maynard also served as director of career development at CFA Society UK and was a founder of its Women’s Network, which is now the Inclusion and Diversity Network. In addition, she has worked as an analyst and fund manager. Ms. Maynard is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She earned an MA in English language and literature at Trinity College, Oxford.
