Alicia Rubí, CFA

Alicia Rubí, CFA, serves as senior advisor at Attalea Partners, an independent strategic and financial ESG consultancy firm in Spain, advising financial and corporate clients in the creation of sustainable value through active ESG management. Additionally, in conjunction with Harvard Business School and the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment, Ms. Rubí leads Global Stakeholder Engagement for the Impact-Weighted Accounts Initiative, an accounting methodology designed to monetize social and climate impact in corporate financial accounts. Ms. Rubí sits on the Advisory Board of La Bolsa Social, an impact-investment equity crowdfunding platform in Madrid and chairs the Audit Committee of Bartush-Schnitzius Foods, a privately-held Texas food manufacturer. She currently serves as leader of the European FSA Club and was elected to the Boards of both CFA Society Spain and CFA Society Brazil. Ms. Rubí holds the FSA credential issued by SASB and earned a BA degree in international relations and economics from the College of William & Mary.
