Oona Stock is executive vice president of talent and performance and chief human resources officer at CDPQ. She oversees the talent management, culture and transformation, human capital strategic alignment, total compensation, and human resources information management teams and is a member of the Executive Committee. Ms. Stock’s deep understanding of strategy, human resources, and the components of organizational culture help support the president and CEO and senior management in designing and executing organizational and cultural transformation plans to enhance company-wide performance and employee engagement. She has more than 25 years of experience in organizational transformation. Previously, Ms. Stock worked as a strategy consultant and partner at SECOR. When KPMG acquired SECOR, she led the strategy practice for Canada while overseeing, within the firm, the national client experience practice. Ms. Stock is a member of the Major Fundraising Campaign Office of the Montreal Mental Health University Foundation, and she co-leads the Diversity in Investment initiative of the Investor Leadership Network. She initiated Focus stratégique du Québec and has served as a business strategy expert for the Génération INC movement. Ms. Stock holds a master’s degree in management, human resources, from the Université de Montréal.
