Frida Polli is the CEO and co-founder of pymetrics, a company using neuroscience and AI to improve the accuracy, fairness, and diversity of hiring. She is an award-winning Harvard and MIT trained neuroscientist turned entrepreneur and is a thought leader in the ethical AI and technology spaces. Dr. Polli has been featured on CNN, the BBC, CNBC, and Bloomberg, as well as in the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, the New York Times, the Economist, Fortune, Forbes, and Inc., among others. She regularly speaks at such events as the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos, CogX, the MAKERS Conference, Collision, Dreamforce, TechCrunch Disrupt, Web Summit, SXSW, and MIT Technology Review‘s EmTech Digital. Dr. Polli’s publications include two dozen scientific articles in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Brain, and the Journal of Neuroscience, among others, and popular press articles in Harvard Business Review and Fast Company.
